The stationery and sweet packs raised £221!
It’s been Christmas Jumper Day here at Marden, Marden staff and students raising loads of money with various fundraising efforts, including:
- An LRC raffle
- CHOP THE KNOT – Mr Ranson chopped off his hair during Yr11 assembly
- Doughnuts and biscuit sales all week
- Stationery and sweet packs sold
- Hamper raffle
- McAlpine builders generous collection
- Wristband sales for non-uniform day
- Staff room scones and cake sale
In total a massive
£1495.37
was raised for three different charities; the Teenage Cancer Trust, CLIC Sargent and a specialist ward at Newcastle RVI!
Thanks to all who donated for these worthy causes!
Mr Ranson chopped off his ponytail, raising £210 in the process.
