My role as Head of Year is to encourage, guide and support pupils’ well being and academic achievement at school, ensuring students achieve the best of their ability. It is important that students at Marden enjoy their school experience and are given opportunity to develop and grow as an individual.

Year 10 is an important year for students as they begin their GCSE courses and are embarking on subjects that they have chosen to study. Students will continue to develop their independence and resilience, whilst encouraged to take advantage of any opportunity that comes their way. Enjoy Year 10 and make the most of it!

Where can you find me?

In my office (downstairs near PE) most mornings, or the PE department.

My office is next to PE and is shared with Mr D Ranson.
