Request for Teacher review of exam papers.
This form must be completed by the student.
By completing this form, I give permission for Marden High School to access my exam papers.
Please complete a separate form for each subject.
Once you have filled in the form we will liaise with subject staff about your review and they will recommend whether it’s advisable to go ahead. There is a cost for submitting a review. You will need to come into school to sign a form to say that you would like a review to take place and to make the payment. We will email you and let you know when to do this.
Subject teachers may not be available to advise a review until the first week in September.
