The role:
- Lead on behaviour and attendance as part of the SLT
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement
- Inspire and support staff to maintain high standards
- Work with families and external partners to secure excellent outcomes
- Take on DSL responsibilities if qualified (desirable, not essential)
