Students in Year 11 have had the opportunity to take part in Building Future Leaders, an exciting one-day construction careers experience. Organised by M10 alongside industry partners, the event gave students an insight into the wide range of careers available within construction, from architecture and structural engineering to project management, sustainability and site management. Through interactive workshops, real-life projects and conversations with industry professionals, students explored different career pathways, qualifications, apprenticeships and university routes, helping them discover the exciting opportunities available within the construction industry.
