Please be aware that our Summer concert scheduled for this Wednesday evening will now take place at the slightly earlier time of 5:30pm to allow for those wishing to follow England’s World Cup semi-final match.
Thank you.
If you’re a prospective parent/carer thinking about the future for your child, here are some important upcoming dates for the 2018/19 academic year. Perhaps you’ve visited before and want to come for another look around? All are welcome, just contact the school for more information.
After an extensive campaign, our candidates for Head Girl and Head Boy for the next academic year have been chosen, and we are delighted to announce Kate Edwardson and Joel Campbell to the roles.
As the standard of application was so strong, they will be supported by the fellow nominees as part of a senior prefect team. Here is their pledge:

“As Head Boy and Head Girl, alongside the Senior prefects, we aim to focus on emphasising the student voice within choices concerning the school and creating a fair and equal platform in which all students are valued.
Thanks,
Kate and Joel”
The next meeting of Marden’s Parent-Teacher Association will be on Tuesday 12 June at 6:30pm in the LRC. New members are always welcome to attend.
Our summer term quiz is also coming up, on Thursday 28 June. Details below.
The form below should be arriving home with your child as they will be handed out in form tutor time. Please complete the form, have it signed by both your child and a parent/carer, and then brought back into school.
If the form has been misplaced, you can download a copy below and print it off if you have access to a printer.
Please note that parents of Year 11 do not need to return this form.
Private view invitation of our GCSE Art and Photography students this Thursday! All welcome.
This event will be held in the auditorium and may be of particular interest to Year 11 and 10 students and their parents/carers.
A reminder to all Year 11 students that Maths revision is on every Wednesday after school for all students.
Be there or be a regular quadrilateral!
Mr. Hiscock
