Science / Design Technology Technician
Full time, permanent post, commencing 4 December 2017
Grade 4 £13,981 – £14,768 (Term Time plus specified days)
Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm
Friday 8.30am-4.00pm

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and very able technician to support our busy Science, Technology and Engineering departments.
Key duties of this role are to provide a practical, daily technician service to members of the teaching staff through the preparation and maintenance of machines, tools, materials, apparatus, chemicals and other resources to enable students to carry out Science experiments and Design and Technology / Engineering assignments.
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 5 A*- C GCSEs or equivalent NVQ level 2 qualification.
