In my role as Assistant Headteacher I am responsible for:

- The development of evidence-based teaching and learning across the school.

- The professional development of teachers.

I am also the Professional Tutor and responsible for coordinating Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and Early Career Teacher (ECT) provision.
