Assistant Headteacher

With effect from 1 September, 2022
Marden High School seeks an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will be responsible for continuing to improve teaching and learning. You will work closely with the Deputy Head to ensure that assessment is used to adapt teaching, improve learning and support leadership and delivery of teaching and learning at all levels. You will be required to develop and implement plans and strategies for improvements for student outcomes.
We are looking for an individual who:-
- Is a great teacher themselves. We are looking for a leader who really knows what great learning looks like in the classroom and how to achieve it
- Can be flexible, enthusiastic, well organised and demonstrates strong behaviour management
- Is committed to raising achievement for all children
- Has a resilient character and a strong personal drive
- Is committed to continually improving classroom practice
- Has a proven track record in an area of school improvement
