We’re off! After a brief introduction and recap of our last News Day, our reporters are looking at today’s headlines and deciding on the stories they want to cover today. Once we’ve decided, we are going to have a brief editorial meeting and reveal our stories.

With the second BBC News Day coming this Wednesday 12th, Marden has already been making the news, with a photo of our last news day chosen as the main image on the BBC’s article of the upcoming event. Our Year 8 students will be reporting on the news as well as reflecting on the impact of our recent Takeover Week and charity fundraising events.
