Here’s some information on summer activities from the North East Autism Society:
On Wednesday all of Year 8 were involved in a drop-down day to explore the creative arts, taking part in a number of exciting workshops with teachers, other staff facilitators and industry experts.
Activities included a light painting worhshop, Modroc Mask Making, monoprinting, weaving, silent movie making, dance and creating TV adverts.

Last Thursday our recent class of 2024 leaver Gabriel and current Year 11 Ben attended the #NTLTStarAwards where they were both honoured with Achievement awards. Congratulations!
Here’s some footage from our race for life for Cancer Research UK So far we’ve raised £4,350.31 with £945.08 added in Gift Aid! And we’ve still yet to count the cash in the buckets.

Applications of intent from Year 9 students are now open for the 24/25 DofE Bronze Award here at Marden High School, and will close on the last day of the school year, Friday 19th July 2024.

Our sports day on Friday was a tremendous success, with Bamburgh the eventual overall winners in a tight contest. Congratulations to everyone who took part. Here’s an extended montage of clips and photos from the day!
