Bright Futures and Northumbria Police have been developing an App called ‘Bright Futures Personal Safety App’  which students and parents/carers might find useful.

The purpose of the app is to provide a range of information, advice and sources of support for children, young people and parents around a range of issues which may affect them.

The App contains information around: substance misuse and former legal highs, confidence and self-esteem, mental health and self-harm, healthy relationships, grooming, online and e-safety, consent and exploitation. It also provides details to access further information and support locally (across Tyne and Wear) and nationally.

The App can be found by clicking the link in the Cloud Apps section on the right hand side of our website homepage, where it will lead you to three different links.

Please note that the school is closed for staff training on Monday 31 October, so we look forward to welcoming students back on Tuesday 1 November.
